Dataforce:  Dataforce is the UK’s leading supplier of integrated marketing and customer insight solutions.

This UK based company provides pioneering multi-channel customer response, claims management, software development and fulfilment services. They design, build, manage and enhance contact centre and fulfilment solutions that make the business of communication simple. Whether it’s a telephone insurance claim, a customer service query, an email request, or a Facebook or Twitter conversation, working as a natural extension of their clients’ business and as advocates for their brand. Dataforce work with many different clients across a range of sectors.

Twenty Plc, an acquisitions business bought Dataforce and looked to turn its fortunes with an immediate consolidation of services, resources and restructuring. Part of this exercise was to update their existing brand identity to reflect this change.

As Twenty Plc’s Brand Consultant, Anil Dumasia was contracted to work with the all the department directors and stakeholders to get buy in and to manage, create and implement the new brand identity. This meant flying to UK for a period of 6 weeks, the duration of the project.
